About Fam Food Fun

Fam Food Fun started because finding a good restaurant is easy, and finding a good restaurant that also works with kids at the table is not. So I write the reviews I wish I could read before we go: what we ordered, what was great, what was just fine and whether it's worth your family's time and money.

Honest, and a little opinionated

Every review here is a place we actually went and paid for unless the post says otherwise. If a dish is the best thing I ate all month, I'll say so. If something missed, I'll say that too. I'd rather you trust my picks than think everything is amazing.

Built for families

I look at the things parents care about: how ordering works, how long the wait is, whether there's a kids menu, how much room there is to spread out and whether the kids actually ate their food. If a place is great for a date night but rough with little ones, you'll hear it from me.

No faces, on purpose

My kids are part of every outing, but they stay off the internet. You won't see their names or faces here. The photos are of the food, the table and the place, never of anyone's face.
